M. Mangeshwari has been duly served in the present case. In spite of being served the respondent no.4 is not represented today. The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1-3 is present. Heard learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Administration including the Municipal Authorities.

The present Writ Petition has been preferred praying for effective implementation of the order dated 6th October, 2023 passed by the respondent no.2. It is submitted that in spite of their own order the respondent no.4 on defying the said order has been carrying on illegal construction and the respondent no.2 and other concerned authorities are

turning a blind eye towards the illegal actions of the respondent no.4. The petitioner has sought for strict compliance of the order passed by the respondent no.2. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 to ensure that the order being No.5101 dated 6th October, 2023 passed by the Executive Engineer, Municipal Council, is strictly complied with and necessary steps be taken by the concerned authorities within seven days from the date of this order.
