1. In view of the categorical submission made by Ms. G.Mini, learned counsel representing the writ petitioner that the petitioner shall surrender the excess area of 30 sq.mtrs under Survey No.205/P, I direct the authorities to assess the premium of the licensed land and upon recording the surrender of the excess area and grant tenancy in favour of the writ petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of surrender of the excess area.

2. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of, however, there shall be no order as to costs.

3. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
