1. The father of the writ petitioner was a license under Pre78 regularization scheme for the land in question.

2. Initially, premium of the land was not accepted by the revenue authorities. However, on the basis of the order passed in WPA/340/2022 dated 22.02.2023, the revenue authority the matter and directed the petitioner to deposit the premium for the licence.

3. The petitioner claims to have been paid the premium on 15th July, 2022. It is submitted that by reason of payment of such premium, the name of the writ petitioner is required to be entered into the review record.

4. This fact has been stated in the representation dated 13th September, 2023 which is at page 24 of the writ petition (Annexure P-8). The writ petitioner has not received any response from the authority concerned.

5. Under such circumstances, I direct the respondent no.3 to take all consequential steps required to be taken following the deposit of the premium on 15th July, 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, however, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
