Learned Advocate for the petitioner/applicant submits that though the contempt application was filed alleging inaction and/or non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, but, subsequently, her client received an order, which reveals that the representation filed by her has been disposed of finally. In view of the above, she submits that the contempt application may be dropped.

In view of the above fact, the contempt application is dismissed.
