The General Manager and others Mr. N.A.Khan ... for the petitioner Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondent nos.1 &2 Ms. Tulsi Lal ... for the respondent no.3 December 20, 2023 [SR] Item No.1 A letter of the State Bank of India, CPPC Kolkata, 1 Strand Road, Kolkata -1 dated 18th November, 2023 stated with regard to release of monthly pension in favour of the petitioner "we have returned the PPO due to mismatch the normal rate end date in PPO and CPAO order".

In that view of the matter, I direct the respondent no.3 along with the Andaman and Nicobar Administration to take immediate steps so that the corrected PPO is sent to the respondent bank by 31st December, 2023 and that on receipt of the corrected PPO, the respondent bank shall release monthly pension in favour of the writ petitioner within two weeks thereof. The petitioner will render all cooperation to the respondent authorities.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of.

As affidavits were not invited, the allegations, if any, in the writ application are deemed to be not admitted. ( I.P.Mukerji, J.)
