By the instant Writ Petition the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed on 27.02.2023 but the same has still not been disposed of.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2023 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned including the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of this order.
