There is a conciliation proceeding pending before the Conciliation Officer under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 with regard to the bonus payable to the petitioners, who are employees of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands State Cooperative Bank Limited.

The issue of regularisation of service of the petitioners and entitlement to pay 1/30th of the pay plus Dearness Allowance to the petitioners shall also stand referred to the conciliation and be taken up by the Conciliation Officer along with the issue pending conciliation before him under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

The counsel for the petitioners as also the Bank accept the same.

The Conciliation Officer shall conclude the proceedings pending before him within a period of three months from date mandatorily and positively.

In the event of failure of conciliation, let a report be sent by the Conciliation Officer to the appropriate government for further action at their end.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities. ( Rajasekhar Mantha, J. )
