The relief prayed for by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that, on 28.11.2023 the Court fixed a long date i.e. 08.01.2024 for hearing, which according to the petitioner is a very long date and is thus being prejudiced. Considering that the next date of hearing is fixed on 08.01.2024, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to hear the matter finally for disposal on 08.01.2024 without granting any further adjournment, if not on any reasonable or justifiable grounds. Leave to strike out the word "Ex-parte" in the prayer portion of the Petition is granted.
