A copy of the same has also been served upon Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, it appears that the order of this Court has already been complied with and as such this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application, any further. Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 73 of 2025 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
