Our attention was drawn to a case status statement referring to Diary No.2239/2023, 2240/2023, OA/1181/2023 and MA/845/2023 at page 47 of the petition, relating to S.S.Senthil and others vs. A & N Administration. It shows that these applications were disposed of on 11th September, 2023. According to learned counsel for the petitioner these orders have not been uploaded in the server by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench.

Accordingly, the respondent no.1 is directed to ensure that the needful is done in terms of the case status at page 47 of the writ petition within ten days of communication of this order.
