It is submitted that as directed by this Court's order dated 26th February, 2020 a notice dated 24th November, 2020 was issued directing that the petitioner would be given a hearing on 2nd December, 2020 at 10 a.m. It is now submitted that in spite of being served the said notice till date the hearing has not been given. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that as the Covid Pandemic intervened during that period the matter could not be disposed of.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Respondents to act as per their notice dated 24th November, 2020 and dispose of the hearing within four weeks from the date of this order by passing a

reasoned order on hearing the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
