The son/petitioner being aggrieved with the rejection order in respect of the petition under Section 151 CPC praying for police help has approached this Court on the ground that taking advantage of the order of injunction modified by the High Court, the defendants have illegally transferred their share to a third party, who has now taken over the total property including that of the petitioner. On this ground the petitioner had prayed for police help. There is nothing on record before the Trial Court to show the actual status regarding the possession of the petitioner in respect of the scheduled land.

As such, the petitioner's relief lies before the Trial Court by taking help of the appropriate provisions of law. The circumstances which the petitioner put forward while praying for police help was rightly adjudicated by Trial Court and as such the order under revision requires no interference by this Court and is thus affirmed. The Civil Revisional application being CO/62/2023 is accordingly disposed of.
