IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

[ CIRCUIT BENCH AT PORT BLAIR *** WP.CT/80/2023 Rose Mary Vs.

The Union of India and others Ms. Anjili Nag ... for the petitioner Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the Administration January 8, 2024 [SR] Item No.8 The petitioner has preferred this application being aggrieved by an order dated July 04, 2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata at Port Blair in OA No.569/2022, on the ground that the learned Tribunal just admitted the matter, but did not continue with the further hearing. The matter deserves urgent disposal.

We have perused the order impugned. We do not find that any adverse order has been passed, which would call for any interference by us.

However, as this matter deals with the livelihood of the petitioner, justice would be sub-served, if the learned Tribunal is directed to dispose of OA No.569/2022, within a period of three months from the next date fixed.

All parties, including the learned Tribunal shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.

We have not made any observation on the merits of the pending application.
