By the instant writ petition the petitioner has prayed for necessary direction upon the respondents. It appears that representation dated 01.11.2023 filed with the respondent has not yet been disposed of and as such the petitioner claims to have suffer irreparable loss and injury. Considering the said materials on record and upon hearing both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 01.11.2023 within a period of four weeks, upon giving a hearing to all the stakeholders, in accordance with law.
