It has been submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the Respondent-Bank has been duly served. In spite of notice none appears for the State Bank of India.

The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the State Bank of India, Port Blair Branch to release the loan amount of Rs.27 Lakhs which, according to the petitioner, has been sanctioned sometimes in the month of May, 2023. The petitioner submitted a representation before the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Port Blair Branch, South Andaman District dated 11th September, 2023. Without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, WPA No.1109 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Port Blair Main Branch, South Andaman District being the Respondent no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11th

September, 2023 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the Server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated 11th September, 2023.
