The grievance of the Petitioner is to the extent that her representation which was received by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair on 16th March, 2023 be considered and disposed of within a time schedule.

The Petitioner's contention is that there were mistakes in the record relating to the Survey No.137 and Survey No.222 in respect of the land situated at Rabindra Nagar village, Little Andaman Tehsil, South Andaman. Having considered the prayer which has been advanced, I am of the view that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if the Deputy Commissioner is

directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair will dispose of the representation (referred to above) within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the order after serving notice to all the affected parties. With the aforesaid observation, WPA 1119 of 2023 is disposed of.
