Heard Mr. Sayyed, learned Advocate for Petitioner. This Writ Petition is notified for hearing and final disposal on the "Prioritised Matter" Board in the previous week, well in advance. 2.

None is present for the Respondents.

Case papers of the Writ Petition are not available with the Court record. Hence Advocate for the parties are directed to reconstruct the copy of Writ Petition afresh. Copy of reconstructed Writ Petition shall be placed on record before the Court on the next adjourned date.

One last opportunity is granted to the Respondent/s to remain present on the next date.

If they do not remain present on the next adjourned date, this Court shall dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution with liberty to the parties to seek revival / restoration.

In view of the directions contained in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the above order, Writ Petition stands dismissed. 5.
