The above Suit is pending before this Court since last 17 years. By an order dated 5th November, 2014, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed this Court to dispose of the Suit within a period of one year. 2.
On 23rd March, 2015 this Court (Coram : S.C. Gupte, J.) inter alia passed the following order :
"4. That parties shall file their respective affidavits of documents together with their compilations and complete discovery and inspection within four weeks from today. The Plaintiff shall within two weeks thereafter file its affidavit of evidence in lieu of examinationinchief".

However, the Plaintiff has till date not complied with the order
Nitin 2 / 2 914S3661997 passed by this Court dated 23rd March, 2015. The Suit therefore deserves to be forthwith dismissed. However, since the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff undertakes to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 23rd March, 2015 within a period of one week from today, this Court as a last chance and only by way indulgence is granting a week's time to the Plaintiff to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 23rd March, 2015. Stand over to 18th June, 2015.
