By consent of the parties, the following issue is framed as an additional issue :
(7) Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to compensate Defendant Nos.1, 4 and 5 towards the bank guarantee furnished and extended from time to time by Defendant Nos.1, 4 and 5? By consent of the parties, all the issues framed by this Court on 2 March 2015 shall be taken up for adjudication together. The parties shall file their respective affidavits of documents together with their compilations and complete discovery and inspection within four weeks from today. The Plaintiff shall within two weeks thereafter file its affidavit of evidence in lieu of examination-in-chief.
Place the suit for directions on 7 May 2015.
