The order of amendments granted in favour of the plaintiff is extended by two weeks. The plaintiff shall amend and reverify the plaint within two weeks.

In the Notice of Motion (L.) No.2829 of 2014 it is observed that no case for continuation of bank guarantee is made out. Consequently the bank guarantee given by defendant No.1 is required to be cancelled and returned to defendant No.1. The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court shall cancel and return the bank guarantee given by defendant No.1 to defendant No.1 forthwith. 3.

The Written Statement of defendant Nos.1, 4 and 5 is taken on record. A copy has been given to plaintiff's advocate. Suit is adjourned to Friday, 20th February, 2015 for framing of issues. ( ROSHAN DALVI, J. )
