First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 11th August, 2004 passed in L.A.R. No. 281 of 1992.

Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to Rs. 67,600/- from the compensation of Rs. 6,032/- awarded by SLAO. 3.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
