This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 168 days caused in filing the appeal. This application is filed in 2005 challenging the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court i.e. 12th Ad-hoc Additional District Judge, Pune dated 26th July 2004. The application is still pending.

Learned AGP submits that by way of impugned judgment and award the amount of compensation of Rs. 25,000/- awarded by Learned Special Land Acquisition Officer came to be enhanced by Rs. 1,00,000/- and total amount awarded is Rs.1,25,000/-. He fairly 902-fast-13149-2005.doc varsha

submits that the enhancement is very meager. This Court finds that no purpose would be served even by issuing notice on the application for condonation of delay. Looking to the aforesaid, the amount is such a meager amount. The Court is not inclined to allow the application. Civil Application stands disposed of. Consequently Appeal also stands disposed of.
