The appeal is rejected. This application was made for reconstruction of the appeal. This Court by way of order dated 31st October 2018 was pleased to pass conditional order granting time of 16 weeks to supply true copies of the first appeal, failing which the first appeal and the civil application to stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. 2.

In this application the delay is of 168 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 26.07.2004 passed by the learned reference Court i.e. 12th Ad-hoc Additional 902-caf-106-2024.doc varsha

District Judge, Pune in LAR No. 106 of 1992. The amount awarded by the SLAO is Rs. 12,665/- The amount is enhanced to Rs. 42,500/- by the learned Reference Court. The learned AGP submits that the amount of enhancement is less than four times of the amount awarded by the SLAO. In view of the policy of Government as per the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November 2016 and 11th May 2018 bearing No. Sankirn-2014/P.K. 41/Part-1/A-4. He seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application is withdrawn and disposed of.
