By this first appeal, appellant/Insurance Company is challenging judgment and award dated 29.11.2006 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal in Claim Petition No.3658/1994 holding that, respondents/claimants are entitled sum of Rs.2,55,000/­ compensation with 6% interest.

4. Considering submissions made by learned counsel for appellant I am satisfied that appellant has made out case for following order.

a) Admit.

b) Printing dispensed with.

c) The Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Registry is directed to call record & proceeding immediately.

e) Learned advocate Mr.T.J. Mendon waives service for respondent no.1.
