By the order dated 13/07/2010, this Court stayed the execution of Judgment and award passed by the Reference Court.

Till today, the appellant has not deposited the amount under award. More than 14 years are over. There is no any justification for the same.

Therefore, interim stay granted by this Court deserves to be vacated. However, last chance is given to the appellant to deposit the amount on or before 25/09/2024 in this Court.

On or before that date, if the amount is not deposited in this Court, the order granting stay to the execution of Judgment and award passed by the Reference Court shall be vacated, till further orders.

The counsel for the appellant to note that if the said amount is not deposited in this Court, then the appeal shall also be dismissed.
