In all these matters, the Registry has reported that the
YBG sr.no.722 common case papers are not traceable. Accordingly, the respective petitioners/ applicants are granted four weeks' time to submit a duplicate set of the case papers, like memo of C.R.A./ Petitions, impugned order etc so that the office can reconstruct the papers. 2] Notice is to be published on website requiring learned Counsel for the respective applicant/ petitioners to furnish duplicate set of case papers so as to enable the Registry to reconstruct the case papers.
