No. 1301/88 passed by the 22nd Jt. C.J.J.D and JMFC, Nagpur and certified copy of common Judgment in R.C.A.

No.572/1998 and R.C.A. No. 525/1998 passed by Ahoc District Judge-4, Nagpur. It is stated in the application that applicant has filed copies of Judgments. Hence, appellants pray to dispense with the certified copies of above said Judgments.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and perusal of record, the request made is allowed for the time being subject to condition that the certified copy be supplied, if required by the Hon'ble Court.
