Civil Application has been preferred seeking restoration of the First Appeal which came to be dismissed for non-filing of the paper book and for condonation of delay caused in preferring the present Application. By order dated 5th December, 2007, the Appellant was directed to file the paper book within a period of one year failing which the Appeal to stand dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Considering that Reference Court has awarded Rs. 9,519/- against the amount of Rs. 4,580/- awarded by Special Land Acquisition Officer, I am not inclined to consider the Civil Application for restoration in view of the meagre enhancement. Civil Application stands dismissed.
