Thereafter, the matter was listed on the board of Registrar (Judl. -II) on 29.01.2025 and today i.e. on 13.02.

However, the office remark discloses that though the learned advocate for the appellant collected the copy of notice on 09.12.2024 for publishing the same in the newspaper, he has not filed published copy of newspaper. As such, it appears from the record that though ample time and opportunity has been granted to the learned advocate for the appellant to publish the notice in daily newspaper and file it's copy on record, the leaned advocate for the appellant has not supplied copy of published newspaper in the department. In such circumstances, two weeks time is granted with direction to supply published copy of newspaper of notices of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 without fail. On failure, First Appeal alongwith Civil Application if any, would stand dismissed against unserved respondent Nos.

2 and 3 without further reference to the court of Registrar.
