Admit on the following substantial questions of law: a) Whether the finding of ESI Court suffers from perversity as evidence on record establishes that the two units demonstrated one integrated establishment and were therefore rightly clubbed and covered by the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act. b) Whether the ESI Court committed an error in holding that there is no integrity between the two units on the basis that the businesses are separate without noticing that the business were being carried out from the same premises and were having one common entrance and the books of account of both the units were found at one unit which Shubham Talle 1 of
