1) Present Application seeking transfer of statutory deposit and refund of court fees.

2) This Application is filed in aforesaid First Appeal No.502 of 2013, which has already been disposed of vide order dated 30th September 2013, passed by this Court.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the statutory deposit be paid to the original claimants as equal amount was deposited less, while satisfying the award passed by the Tribunal. 4) Hence, the following order :- H. C. SHIV 1/2

(ii) The statutory deposit shall be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur and the statutory deposit along with interest, if any, shall be paid to the original claimants.

(iii) Refund of Court fees as per Rules.
