Perused record and proceedings. It is seen from the record that the certified copy of award passed in L.A.R.No.123/1994 is filed on record. On perusal of certified copy of award, it is apparent that the name of Sharda Gautam Bhingardive has been written as Shanta Gautam Bhingardive. This mistake is on the part of copying section of IInd Jt.Civil Judge (S.D), Ahmednagar. Therefore, certified copy of award passed in L.A.R.No.123/1994 is necessary to be sent to the concerned court for making necessary correction. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

The certified copy of award passed in L.A.R.No.123/1994 be sent to the court of IInd Jt.Civil Judge (S.D), Ahmednagar, for making necessary correction about the fast22322.14

name of Sharda Gautam Bhingardive instead of Shanta Gautam Bhingardive and after making necessary correction, it be returned to the High Court at the earliest.
