The Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners are ready to deposit the amount with the society along with interest as directed by the Registrar by virtue of the certificate issued in each petition under Section 101 of the MCS Act. The only apprehension expressed is regarding calculation in furtherance of the certificate issued under Section 101. 2.

In case, there is illegality in calculating the amount as per the certificate, the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

The Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 4.

The amount deposited by the petitioners as recorded in the order dated 17th June, 2015 shall be given credit to the account of the petitioners while calculating dues as per the certificate under Section 101.

The amount along with interest deposited in this Court as per the order dated 17th June, 2015, shall be allowed to be withdrawn by the society.
