Writ Petition is pending since the year 2015. The learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that legal ground on which the Petitioner has sought benefit as prayed for has been held against the Petitioner by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Maharashtra Federation of University & College Teachers Organization v/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors in Writ Petition No. 2082 of 2023 with connected petitions.
