Although this Court by order dated 15th February 2024 permitted the Appellant to file compilation of the documents, the necessary evidence still not place on record regarding income of the deceased which is the primary contention of the Appellant.

The Appellant is granted three weeks time to file the documents. No further adjournment will be granted. The Applicant is also directed to forward a copy of the Appeal Memo to the Respondent within this week and take an endorsement. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submit that he has received PDF copy of the Appeal Memo today. The Appellant to file necessary documents on which she relies for the purpose of the showing the income of the deceased and any other document which is relied upon before the next date of the hearing.

Copy of the compilation be served on the other side in advance.
