Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the claimant is an uneducated person and he was not guided properly. Therefore, he could not file the X-Objection within the limitation period.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay is not caused deliberately and needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 1848 days caused in filing the X-Objection is condoned.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.
