Mr. Rodge, learned Advocate for the review applicant, submits that while arraying the A.P.M.C., Jamner, the cause title mentions the name of the Chairman, Dagadu Vishnu Patil who was holding the post of Chairman. However, he is no more Chairman and therefore, petitioner No.1 requests that the name of Dagadu Vishnu Patil be allowed to be deleted and the matter can be prosecuted against the Chairman only.

In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant to delete name of Dagadu Vishnu Patil as representing respondent No.1. The

( 2 ) 907-CA-2654-25 amendment be carried out within one week. Thereafter, issue notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 30th April 2025. 2.

Mr. S. V. Warad h/f. Mr. K. S. Warad had filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Dagadu Vishnu Patil and now seeks discharge on his behalf. Discharge allowed.
