This Civil Application seeks stay on the execution of the Judgment and Decree dated 3rd May 2013, on the ground that the amount of Rs.1,49,76,064/- was deposited with the Office of the SLAO on 17th June 2015.

Mr. Gawade, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondent No.1-Claimant submits that he has no objection as the money deposited in the Court has already been withdrawn subject to usual undertaking. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court is of the view that the Judgment and Decree dated 3rd May 2013 be stayed until the final disposal of the First Appeal.

The Civil Application to accordingly stand allowed and disposed as above.
