The Special Court - Bombay as per the Maharashtra Protection of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 ["MPID Act"] directed the present Applicant to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only). This order is passed as per Section 8 of MPID Act. The Applicant is a beneficiary of the amount from the Accused.

In fact, any order passed as per the MPID Act, there is no remedy of Revision and as per Section 11 under the said Act, Appeal is maintainable.
