In fact initially proceedings are registered as a Revision Application. As per the Order dated 02/02/2024 permission was granted to convert into an appeal. An amendment is carried out. The Appellant is not in touch with her counsel. Even they have sent a letter. Reply is awaited.

Even though the Officer from Unit No. 8 is present, as per learned APP he has not brought the papers. It is really strange why they are coming to the Court without papers. He was also present on 27/03/2024.

Let learned APP to take instruction on the following aspects earlier to next date:- a) if the Appellant is shown as borrower, what are the documents. b) what is exact stage of the trial and witness is examined. c) the material collected so far as alleged borrowing given by the original accused to the Appellant.

If these instructions are not given to the learned APP and not submitted to the Court, on the next date a cost of Rs. 10,000/- will be imposed.
