Hearing as to admission of the above Petitions is deferred till 11­6­ 2015, as the above Petitions would have to be heard at some length as it involves the disqualification of the Petitioners under the Maharashtra Local Authority Members Disqualification Act, 1986 as members of the Panchayat Samiti. Till 12­6­2015, the impugned order would stand stayed. However, the Petitioners would not be entitled to participate in any meetings of the Panchayat Samiti or discharge their functions as members of the Panchayat Samiti. This order has been passed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
