Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that copy of this petition is not served on him. He also informs that respondent No.1 Nivrutti Nana Nhavi expired on 3.11.2015 and produces a copy of the death certificate of respondent No.1 Nivrutti Nana Nhavi. The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 further submits that in Regular Appeal No.142 of 2002 pending before the District Court, Satara, the present petitioner i.e., the appellant in the said appeal, had moved an application on 4.12.2015 to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1, which was allowed. However, he has not brought the legal representatives of

sr.no.21.doc Respondent No.1 Nivrutti Nana Nhavi on record in the present Writ Petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1. 3.
