Through this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of letter dated 13/03/2014 issued by the first respondent. On going through the same, we find that the same is the letter indicating the decision taken by the Bank in its meeting in regard to non­sanctioning of loan to the some of the farmers. In case, any of the farmer is aggrieved by the said 1/2
