It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that undisputedly, the petitioner had undertaken the work pertaining to construction of Bandh which fact has been recorded in the communication dated 28/07/2015. He has however not been paid his dues. Despite approaching the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, no further steps have been taken.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to place on record additional documents in support of his prayer as well as to amend the writ petition accordingly. Same be done within a period of one week from today. Thereafter issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 01/04/2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondent.
