By consent of the parties, similar order dated 21.03.2016 passed in companion Writ Petition No.3434 of 2016 is requested to be passed by both learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties. 3.

In view thereof, the impugned order dated 30.01.2016 stands quashed and set aside and the matter stands remanded back to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Mumbai (for short 'DSLR') for determination of the delay condonation Application strictly in accordance with law.

Considering the timeline in the present case, DSLR, Mumbai is directed by this Court to dispose of the Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today after hearing both the sides and is directed to pass a reasoned speaking order therein.
