JULY 29, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.5 to 8 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection, as the appeal was already disposed of before the Lok Adalat on 14/12/2024. 2) Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the respondents No.9 and 10 expired, and respondents No.5 to 8 are the only legal heirs and therefore, requested to transfer the share of respondents No.9 and 10 to the applicants. He further urged that the share of respondents Nos. 7 and 8 may be transferred in their married name. As such, the application is allowed as prayed.

4) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the share of respondents No.9 and 10 lying in this Court, in the respective
