The above Petition is companion to Writ Petition No.3434 of 2016 which has been disposed of by an order passed today. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in Writ Petition No.3434 of 2016 Ms. Tanmayee Salekar states that she has no instructions to appear for the same Respondents in the above Writ Petition. Since the matter is to come up before the Superintendent of Land Records tomorrow, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for ad­interim relief. Hence the Superintendent of Land Records not to proceed with the final hearing of the Appeal in question until further orders of this Court. Stand over to 28/03/2016.
