Heard. By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the lettercum-order dated 12.03.2016 issued by the Respondent calling upon the Petitioner to demolish the temple situated at village Shivdav Budruk, Tq. Bhudargad, Dist. Kolhapur. The learned AGP on behalf of the Respondent submits that they have filed Affidavit-in-Reply dated 15.06.2019. She submits that as per their information, the villagers have removed the deity from the temple. She seeks some time to take instructions whether the temple is demolished or not. At her request, S.O. to 04.03.2020.
