Mr. Singhvi submits that petitioner has rightly filed the proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on the Original Side of this Court. However, the Registry of the Appellate Side has accepted the filing.

In view thereof, liberty to the petitioner to move the Registry is granted as mistake is committed by the Registry in accepting the matter of Original Side as of Appellate Side.
