The Collector disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner in view of the pendency of this Writ Petition and in view of the fact that this Court had passed an interim order directing no coercive steps to be taken against the petitioner. The petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to pursue R.T.S. Appeal No.357/2016 before the Collector.

As the petitioner is withdrawing this Petition, we are inclined to quash and set aside the order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Additional Collector, Nashik in R.T.S. Appeal by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

R.T.S. Appeal No.357 of 2016 is restored to file. The collector to hear and decide the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The Petitioner to appear before the Collector on 14th July, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

The Appellate Authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from 14th July, 2025.

6.

The interim order passed by this Court shall remain in force during the pendency of the proceedings before the Collector.

7.

All contentions are kept open. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
